With the particular angle what, in my opinion, you captured was essentially a sculpture. A 'modern art' piece, if you like. The only complaint I might have is the placement of the horizon, which might be slightly lower (holding the camera slightly higher, that is), but still just above the umbrella.
I brightened a bit. I also used a spherize filter, at a very low 10-setting, to both bring the 'sculpture' closer and emphasize the natural framing of the berm to the left.

Very nice how all the blues work together, offset by small but intense spots of green and red. NIce composition. Phil

A prima vista gli oggetti sulla spiaggia compongono uno strano macchinario (una specie di Incredible machine). la stranezza della composizione è accentuata dalla posizione rilassata della figura umana. Ottimo colpo d'occhio.

Hello Ubaldo: On the Technical aspects of the shot . . . I should tell you I like the break down you have on the horizontal layers in this shot. Sand, water and sky . . . each layer larger than the preceeding layer and no centrality is a good idea. Very good idea. I think a slight increase in midtones might be a good idea as well . . . The only other thing I might be able to suggest (for your consideration) would be pulling the right-side crop in tighter to throw the balance a tad bit off and make the shot less static. Good work here.
