Glad to hear that you like it, Doyle! so perhaps there'l be the chance that nostalgia brings you somewhere near for a vacation? (Just for waking your apettite. ;-)
The thing is that such sites remind me also of my hometown and then it feels as if it were approximately at the end of the world.

My beloved Kavala is always such a warm place for me, even in coldest days. Especially that old city with the narrow streets. Perhaps I should simply take my camera and get in the plane in winter time. The sea and the waves... oh my! I need a whisky now, my mermaid. Too strong memories, you see.

Dear Nick When looking at your photos I do believe that you should go to Kavala for a month when wintertime approaches! Not many towns are attractive when itīs cold and rainy whereas snow can transform them into fairy talesceneries:-) Best wishes, Annemette
