Hi Painsama and thanks a lot for the nice and detailed comment, that generates some futher thoughts about the image in my mind.
Actually the work should be represented by the man in the orange jacket - one of the staff in the railway station, but I see that it is too weak for making it clear that there is work in speed in such places. So I do think about some similar one but with more people on the platform. The hard thing will be that when the train starts going there are not many people left on the platform since the vast majority sits already in the train, but if there are people waiting for some other train at the same time, it could also work. Hmmm, lemme see what I can do about it!

I sense movement in this picture, which fits the title "speed". But if there were more people inside this picture which would add to the movement (and the feeling of being in cramped place, with people rushing with "speed" to go to "work"), it would emphasize more on the word "work". Quite difficult to get the word "work" from this picture. Otherwise, the composition is beautifully done my friend.
