dang!no, i use paintshop pro8....i tried once to create one by hand using white border and then drawing on it with brush tools,but never quite got it to look like i wanted...oh well,thanks for reply,Kiwi!

i am always drawn to "Blue"....love the minimalism and the expanse of sky as well as proportions....good choice of perspective/composing of shot....
