Excelent use of diagonal made by the waves of the ocean bringing the viewer into the scene and wonderful light are the big diferential of this scene. However I think the tilt horizont (can be removed in photoshop) and a best scanner, or post photoshop process (HSM) will help to improve even more the photo.
