It's quite a nice shot and the tones are quite pleasing, but could I suggest that you provided a little more information? For example, it would be nice to have a little background info eg.:
- is this is an old shot or a new one - was this a special event (and if so what?)
I'm sure if I knew more I could be more constructive. As it is, I feel obliged to draw attention to:
- the sloping composition - the lacking view of the locomotive (which I'm sure must have been quite impressive!).
I make these comments in a positive way - I think there's potential here.
