Yes Nick,
If the rough rope were closer to the blossoms and shot with a closer crop, that theme would be even more apparent. It brings to mind another "cliche" type image of the rough working man's hands holding the little baby.

Thank you very much for the nice comment and for revealing to me what I didn't see consciously myself, Andre! Until now what you described has been some kind of vague impression in my head, but now I see much better!!
Well, let's say, the blossoms wouldn't be there, if the tree hadn't been supported by the row. Which also brings into my mind the analogy of the hard working class upon which the few "rich and beautiful" feed ;-)

There is some nice contrast between the rough rope and the delicate nature of the blossoms in this shot Nick.
Funny how I noticed that, but it doesn't really have anything to do with the main subject of "support"
