Good action shot.

Too bad your contrast is far high. You've lost most of the detailling in your shadows.

A flash fill might have helped you out here on your snowboarder. Maybe your camera has a either a snow/beach setting or you could set your light meter away from the white snow.

I would also try to get in closer on the subject.
