Closeup of "The Boulder", one of two statues on either side of the entry to the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio, in Oak Park, Illinois Wright designed, and scupltor Richard Bock created these figures. I intentionally chose the square crop here as I think it works well with the confined pose, further compressing it, altough that is actaully antithetical to the symbolism of the sculpture which intends to show "the struggle of the opressed and shackled soul to break its bond, and find self-expression".
