a few suggestions, and this is just speculation. you might want to zoom in more to focus on the pews, if this is your subject. the rest of the image doesn't really add to the subject. remember, knowing your subject and simplifying your image almost always get better results. another idea, try using spot metering to the pews (instead of the entire frame). helping us become better photographers,
