Thanks Shirley - an imaginative comment! I have been absent quite a while now. Did not realize that the topic was "hot." It was a coincident that I happened to take thes a couple of weeks ago. When the fire was at its peak, it was actually so hot that the rain evaporated before it hit the ground. I hope to visit your site tomorrow! Eb Eb

Thanks for your encouraging comments Dave! I have taken a long vacation from usefilm and am pleased to hear from you again. No one was hurt in the fire. This was a house scheduled for demolition. In fact, the fire was deliberately set by a contingent from 4 fire departments who used the opportunity as a training exercise. I took over 400 shots in the course of the day long process of them starting fires and extinguishing again! The deal was that I would produce a slide show for the fire fighters but, for usefilm, I will post only a few exposures which do not identify individual fire fighters. As soon as I am free, this evening, I will visit your site, Dave. Eb
