excellent composition. The colors of her dress blend nicely with the bokeh. I would trim just a bit off the right to de-center the subject further.

This is a wonderful portrait. Very nice spot... with that beautiful dappled light and color behind... and I like how her shirt picks up on that color. Nice work.
