Hi Matin,

This is a juvenile Bald Eagle (first year I think), as is the one in your picture. Bald Eagles don't get their final adult plumage until their 5th year. Immature Golden Eagles have white tail and wing patches with the adults being all brown.

Hiya Todd, great picture! Is that a Golden Eagle? I had one that I "think" was a Golden Eagle in my tree last week, (see picture).
