Thanks Erland, the important thing is that you speak well through your camera. Glad you liked this one. It was a planter in the yard of an older woman I was working for. I found it to be quite funny, glad you did as well. Thanks so much!! Be well, Stan

I think that the people in education and social help get shortchanged for the real world they live every day in the America that we know. I attend many fund raising activities in my school district to help the community kids get a chance to be ready for what is coming for them. We are having an auction for the Junior Class to go to Washington in "the Close-Up program. We have a K- 12 class C school that does not get much from the big entitlement in the sky. We have about 100-110 students total from a 40 sq mile district. I have some friends in the legislature that are doing some good. Many issues with funding in the rural areas. We have less than a million people in the state. I am voting early. We have 4 voterrs in the family and are going to get there by 8AM. It is 20 miles away at the school. Here is a picture of Harrison North of the school in 1964.. Be well, Stan

If I was in charge of the bailout I would give evry teacher $500,000 to pay off loans and house. That would help a lot of people that have earned it by their efforts. Be well, Stan

Saad, they say that plants respond to voices and music. I tried AC/DC with some cursing to keep raccoons out of my corn. Ended up using the dog as well. Still got some sweet corn. Be well, Stan

Thanks Allen, glad to see the commonality of the sentiments. We are environmentally challenged with our short growing season here and it seems to be a common feeling among gardeners. Thanks for the comment. Be well, Stan

Hi Shirley, I have found that any type of encouragement or intimidation has lasting effects on plants and trees. I made some corn get to harvest by veiled threats and the corn was delicious. All kidding aside this was for fun, no plants were harmed in the photo session, they were already dead. Be well, Stan

Very funny. I've heard that talking to your plants helps...even praying over them, but somehow doubt that 'yelling' helps...lol.;)

Sunset Man, forgive my insensitive behavior in this manner of image on the Lord's Day. I am not the author or owner of the offending sign, only the messenger. Grammatically speaking I believe it should have been "Grow Damnit!". Have a wonderful day of rest. Be well, Satan
