Thanks Shirley, the sunrise pulled me down this road and when I came to the creek I was drawn to the reflection of the sky on the wet ice. Did not know how well it would come out.

Thanks Riny, not hard to catch beauty like this. I used a bean bag on the hood of my truck too support the camera. The glow on the creek was amazing to me.

Thanks Harry, the ice comes and goes several times in our winters. Right now we are warming a little after a few days of very cold weather. It has been -30C for the low for several days. The cold is letting up a little today and will be over 0C today. Have a good one today my friend!!

Thanks Ryca, some of the water was flowing on the surface of the ice and really magnified the reflection from the light of the sunrise. I had a good downward angle to catch this light. I appreciate the comment.

Wow, through thumbnail it looks like lava flow over the ice surface 
amazing view of this reflection, reminds me one of Yngwie Malmsteen's single.
