This one proves that a really good photo doesn?t have to copy the real colors of the landscape, if it represents the image in the mind of a top photographer.

This is a nice photo,Rachel,with dramatic light and creative technique on your part.Composition is good,but I find the cropping of the lighted tree on the right a bit distracting:in my opinion,you should include the whole of it,or leave it out completely.Another thing that might improve your image would be to wait for the sunrays hit the small tree in the middle,but since I wasn't there I can only guess.As for the frame,at first it seemed 'heavy' to me but now I think it goes well with the image.
