I can see that you and I can get stuck on a particular flower!! Kind of like my Lush series... This is also very lush. I'm feeling like I'd like to see this horizontal so that I could see more of the edge. I'm guessing that may not have been possible however. non the less striking spash of rich color and great graphic line.

I like them too, they have such a perfect, graceful structure. The detail here is razor sharp on the central focus, and this composition shows the hint of green in this yellow blossom. Really nice Beverly.

Lars, I think the reason the DOF is so shallow for the aperture is because I was only about 3" from the subject. Thanks for the comment ~ Beverly :-)

very beautiful forms and colors.
I like the depth of field, though it seems strange its so narrow given you used a F/32 stop.
