Well at that age all girls had "germs". In a couple of years they will run the opposite way. And the boy will beg the girl to "play".

I knew on the thumbnail already that I would LOVE this shot! It is so sweet, and it's well composed and great quality! I love the feeling in it and those little running tiny legs! If I wouldn't have read the title I would have though it was "No, I'm not playing with you..!" (the boy) and then the girl runs after.

I think the little girl fits your title, but I think the little boy is saying "Noooooo!!"
Excellent shot, My only criticism is that the shadow in the backgound cuts through their heads. But that's really a minor point.
