Thanks for the comment on my reflection picture Sandy. You're right, reflection shots are really tough. I really like your portfolio. I like the abstractness of most of the shots including this one. It leaves a lot of wondering for the mind to do...

Sandy,

You are a riot...

"i am glad i do not have my camera with me all of the time..i can only imagine the thing i see i would use as reflection...its alot of fun!"

I often wish I could implant a digital recorder behind my eyes so that those split-second things I see that move me more deeply than the truly deep things do could be caught. Then I could sift through my memories every so often and pull them out and say - see this is how I see the world.

Mary

This is cool! I'd crop out the squiggly part at the top, far right to make it a cleaner composition overall. Nice find..:)

I was always mesmerized as a kid with those napkin holder reflections...maybe I should look again...

Sandy, thanks for the comment on the abstract...getting poked in the heart is a perfect description of the feeling I was going for. We all get a little mushy sometimes!

You would use anything to do a beautiful photo!! You are incredible, your creativity has no limits, but how you had this idea, the lunch was not good? ;) Those blurred reflections, the face, the eyes, are charming. Bye Max

so what happens when the world around you crumbles?
and the only sound you hear is the pounding of your heart?
