About I wonder if the light is too strong, will it be better if I change a angle? it's a practice of minimal depth of field.

I think you are right,I should frame closer to the main flower. Will it be better to use bigger aperture? Like 3.5.I heard that it will be good effect to take backlighting of flowers, but I haven't tried it yet, will it be nice?

Yes, the light is way too strong. (Little tip for wildflowers, you can get wonderful exposure on a bright overcast day, clouds work as a diffuser.) You have good sharp focus on the flower, but the background needs to be more out of focus. Those bright branches in the background are distracting. Since the flower is the main subject, try to get in closer, let it take up more room in the shot-there's really nothing around it that needs to be included.
