Yes, this is definitely better. Of course, you could go all the way, and make it into a really beautiful panorama! (But I guess that's my bias showing...)

Excellent choice of this crop, the composition is absolutely perfect! Photo quality is a little bit grainy, but perhaps it's scanning or to high ISO or something. Anyway, a really lovely mood and beautiful capture!
