About Isfahan has the second largest square in the world. Originally build by the Shahs to play Polo on, now a venue for shoppers and Iranians looking for leasure. The huge square is surrounded by the some of the worlds' most impressive works of art.... But is that the true subject....? I'll leave it up to you...:)

Cheers,

Hugo

Hi Hugo,

Thank you very much for your comments on my photos! It's always great to learn from other photographers. I love your shots of Isfahan! Unfourtunately i don't have too many nice shots to share, hopefully on my next trip to Iran i can capture some better photos. The composition in your photos are amazing. The rainbow in this shot really adds alot of value! great work.

Kind regards

Kam

Great shot my friend, not only the beautiful architecture but also the great rainbow at the water! Very interesting!
Well about C-5050, my only problem with this camera is the zoom..... only 3X optical so some times I use digital. ok, if it is not very strong the noise is not a problem but if I put digital zoom more than 1.5X..... oh God! :-( The photo is BAD!!! So I buy T-Con however the 3X goes to 4X. That is all. Anyway thanks my friend dor the great comments! I'm happy to have comments from you and hope also to be a helpful for you also.
Best regards, see you next weekend! Have a great week!

Goed, intressant werk.
Tim.

Mooi helder blauw! Weer een super foto!
Groeten, Lex

Based on your comment about unsharpening the pixelation/noise may be due to that. Normally with oversharpening you get a halo effect in high contrast areas, but I'm not seeing that here. A place to check for this would be around the dome against the sky. You usually have to look very close to see it.

Jim Goldstein   {K:21230} 2/25/2004
Beautiful. I like the rainbow. A very nice touch. Your digital image is quite noisy though. The sky is rather speckled. I fear that speckled nature runs through out your image and seems to impact the clarity of your image.

WOW! Awesome photo! It would've been beautiful enough without
the rainbow, but that adds the final stroke of genius to it.
This is going on favorites. So fantastic!!

Dear Hugo....:))) Magnificent shot you created....faboulose composed and fantastic colors and lighting makes picture really outstanding....but I can't help myself...for me is the most magic rainbow in the middle ....I am so impressed with overall view and architectonic work, but the rainbow is the "creme de la creme" of the photo...:))))

Thanks for sharing your magic works with us....have lovely days ...with best wishes...ORCHID
