Good old Byron Bay! Do you know the Oz Bake House in the town? Does great steak pies... it belongs to my boyfriends Uncle! (check out Alex Hare's photos also on this website). I've really enjoyed your portfolio - especially the B&W one ofthe Pelicans, made me chuckle!!! Great shots, keep them coming, best wishes, Sarah . PS hope the cyclone isn't too windy!

Roger, I'm not usually a fan of combining portraits with landscapes, but this really works for me. The beach just places in context the joy on the faces of the young couple and doesn't compete with them for the viewer's attention. Their naturalness very much adds to the appeal. Good work here!

Yeah, Roger, youth is wasted on the young! Looks like these too are enjoying it, though, good on them. Thanks for your comments on my latest "people" shots. I'll have to get used to using longer FL lenses to get rid of background clutter. I've got a 135mm on at the moment and I HATE it. Off it comes tonight! By the way, there's absolutely no additional saturation on that lady in red... that was how I remembered it, real "in your face" red. But I notice a reddish caste in the skin tones of the face, so you're probably right. I tried B&W as you suggested, and it looks so good I might upload that version, too. Really value your comments, Roger. You're an inspiration to me!
