About This was created entirely in camera as an experiment in light and motion during along (well not really) exposure. The only PS work was to saturate the colour abit.

Hi Paula - Thanks for your comments and glee while looking at my images. For not being attracted to nature stuff you did check them out and this really pleases me. I like shooting nature but I'm also drawn to many other things like the image you posted.

Now, here's how I did this. I noticed deep shadows in the forest with strong but moving light on some of the trees by the side of the road. I stopped down to f32 used a polarizer and took an 8 sec exposure while slowly moving the camera from left to right with short intervals between movement. It seemed like a long time but in fact it wasn't really. What you see is the result. Glad you like it.
