Hi Paula - Thanks for your comments and glee while looking at my images. For not being attracted to nature stuff you did check them out and this really pleases me. I like shooting nature but I'm also drawn to many other things like the image you posted.
Now, here's how I did this. I noticed deep shadows in the forest with strong but moving light on some of the trees by the side of the road. I stopped down to f32 used a polarizer and took an 8 sec exposure while slowly moving the camera from left to right with short intervals between movement. It seemed like a long time but in fact it wasn't really. What you see is the result. Glad you like it.
