It's a good composition, I like the fence in the front & you were able to include the windmill. Just a little too overexposed on the snow covered roof. A tough lighting situation.

Nice composition and subject. It seems a little overexposed though. The sky especially is blown out and the snow on the roof seems to blend into it. Maybe a stop or so less exposure and you would really have it.
