Yo Mora loads of potential here...pic in pic...lets gt out the old sizzors and rip into this...........
1)definitely correct the tilt.....
2)crop the left of frame to include only the three dots of light in the middle...this means loose all the left frame before the three dots of light....

1+2=much better image.......try.it you'll like it....
and yes I used my cigarette pack to test for level...handy ruler got to add pack of butts to photoshop tools...

Wonderful image ... dream-like. The tilting contributes to that. Bit of cropping on the left side wouldn't hurt. Could make an excellent book- or cd-cover.
