Hi Lou, Great use of geometery and light. I wonder why you choose the brown monochrome colour (just thinking out loud) B&W would've worked fine, and might even create a stronger atmosphere.But none the less a very dynamic shot, and a very good DOF. The narrow crop works for me, it creates a very well balanced composition and a good tension. It looks like the inner fence of a horse race track, and that would justify the choice for a close crop even more. Well done, a very intriguing photo. My compliments,

Great pattern and line. I like how you've toned the image too. I think you've done well to find these interesting shapes on something so simple - my only complaint would be that the very edge of the fence on the right-hand side has been cropped away - though it's not really much of a complaint - it certainly isn't ruined because of it. I like it, well done.
