Thanks Becky - I think you have a good point about being too close to the fence I shot this through, but losing it altogether loses the layers that attracted me to this in the first place.

Hmm . . . I think the frame is very suitable for the object in the background and the whole scene has a definite forboding, sinister industrial feel to it (though it's killed a bit by the bright yellow paint job). I feel the blur of the immediate foreground in this shot is a bit overwhelming - too close to give a feeling of peeking through a door (or fence). It's not a bad photo, but I don't feel there's anything really pulling me into it.
I played around with the shot a bit and ended up simplifying it (as well as correcting the tilt). Can't say it's better or worse (or even that different) but anyway . . . .

Usually when I see a shot like this, I want to be outside. In this case I'm not so sure.
I like the framing of the window, the light, and the fact this is a different twist on a theme. Very well done.
