Hi Chris,

stunning landscape, you really caught it well. Use PS to clone out that blue thing in the front field - it pokes me in the eye ;-)

Otherwise excellent composition, no hanging in/out, or breaking the skyline. No need for ladders either ;-)

Good work

Keith

Spectacular countryside! Thanks for sharing this with us, it's neat to see where others are from.

Very peaceful photograph, beautiful lighting, my favorite kind.
Nice work, Chris

Hi Court,

Thanks for your recent comment.

May I refer you to my reply to John Beavis (on this page) with respect to your inquiry about my borders.

Kinds regards, Chris

Hi John,

Thanks for your comment.

I don't want to duck the question, but it is a fairly time-consuming process to explain how I put borders around my pictures. I did it for anothjer UF friend a little while ago and, if only I could remember which image I posted it on, I'd direct you there! But, as I can't, could I suggest you visit: http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/photoshoptutorialsedgefx/ where you'll find all sorts of helpful links re. making borders and edges, etc.

I've learned pretty much all I know about PS from reading (and watching the movie tutorials) on 'Digital Photo' magazine ~ I can't recommend it highly enough!

I hope this helps!

Kind regards, Chris

Lovely capture Chris, now how about coming clean and telling Court and I how you get those 3D borders.

Lovely capture of late afternoon colours... This is the countryside near where I was brought up, and makes me feel a bit homesik. Given the right weather, England is gorgeous!
