About
Also known as Sweet Indrajao, it is a medicinal deciduous tree of India. The bark possesses anti-microbial and anti-infammatory properties and therefore the juice extracted from it is administered for mouth sores. The leaves are used in treating several skin disorders, psoriasis, nonspecific dermatitis etc. I'm no medicine man but I simply loved the abstract view of the long, slender and black fruits against the backdrop of the shady green leaves, with the play of light therein.
A different green on green, Sudhir, in your excellent "Wrightia tinctoria". Have you seen my "White on white"? Thanks for your comment on my "Fireworks". Regards, Rafi
It is almost an abstract. Great tutorial about what t his is about. The seed pods or fruit are a lot like a tree in the US. It is call a catalpa tree. Thanks. Don.
