Wow! There is some kind of sadness, or melancholy... it's always fascinating -for me - to see how many different emotions a photo can communicate. Ciao Guido

Guido, I think my attachment was over 120k. I'll try again

Here they are, my trees in black and white. Do you like them better than in colour? Regards, Lydeke

Very interesting form to these trees, looks like some primeaval dance, I was interested to see these are growing in dunes. Would love to see them through some North Sea fog too. Lydeke, you asked me a question recently, in that case I used the tubes with a fixed 50mm lens. Sometimes I add to a macro lens but not here. I find it's all trial and error with tubes but I like them a lot. Ian

It will be very difficult, Guido and Jim, to shoot a photo of these trees at different times of the day. The photo is taken in the dunes, near the North See, about 200 km from my residence.

This is a very interesting subject and a good composition, and I agree with Jim: it would be nice to see how the different times of the day are changing the light. May be interesting in black and white, too. ciao, Guido

great subject and composition. You should revisit this at different times of the day. The lighting could be better to warm the image up. A warming filter might have helped.
