this is what I like: cool pose, very rigid layout, but nicely blown hair, fine texture of seating, also a nicely composed background.
What I don't like: yellowish fill from left, too distracting, expecially on her leg. Also the background could be slightly more out-of-focus. For a swimsuit catalog, I would possibly want to see more of the garment in question.
What a smart, as well as beautiful, shot; incredibly well-conceived and composed. Such a nice harmony of similar lines on model, suit, furniture, and hair.
