The decisive questiom for is does this photo make the architects vision visible ? Yes, it does !! Powerful perspective ! IMO just the way the 15mm must be used.

Nice shot, the colours are great. Although I feel the blue is a little overpowering (as it seems into the street, also).
I think the composition could have been better, I dislike the shadow at the bottom of the image, and I have a huge urge to tilt my head so the building is level ;)
I think next time, if you go there again, that is... you should get closer and isolate some specific areas of the building. Urbis is a great place for abstracts unless you have some powerful foreground interest to show.
I need to go there again someday! :)
