About I know, I know, I know....

People keep doin these these semi-desaturated shots, leaginf the red or green in, and it's nothing new....

But with this one I'd set the shot up and decided to shut the camera right down to ISO100 and F22 - shutter of 30 seconds.

I thought nothing of it till a van came past and drove very slowly past leaving the lines you can see....

How could I resist?

Taken on Tuesday with a fast assembling group of enthusiasts that I work with and Usefilm's very own Mr Steve Bowden, whom I met for the first time that afternoon.

An absolute pleasure to meet him, his generous comments are nothing compared to the man himself I can assure you - we had a top a night, and one to be repeated often I hope. We'll all have a superb portfolio or Yorkshire night shots by Xmas I can assure you!!!

Cheers
Ade

Yeah i love this shot Ade...fantastic.

Why don't mine come out like this, even with a tripod.

I still can't get night photography right, what length of exposure etc.

And how did you get those SALE signs in colour so well, i take it you didn't use the freehand lasoo or magnetic lasoo, is there something else i should be using???

Nice one again mate... roll on York!!

Arrgghhh you did capture that car driving past ... how I kick myself for leaving my tripod in the car (in that dodgy car park) lol

This came out superb - though I never expected it would be you in our group that caught the lingerie shot lol .... still waiting for the Ann Summers submission

Many thanks again Ade for your wonderful comments - it was the first of many visits, great to meet you all :-)

Need to sort out a date for York !
