Thanks for your comments, Neal. You're right about the 'carved' quality of the petals. Wish you all could see the original print. But then we can all say that about out images. : ) They just lose something on a monitor, don't they?

Thanks Judi. I too thought the petals had a very unusual quality about them, very textural, almost polished. The effect is even more pronounced on the original print. Kurt

You can't photograph these things too often. They're irresistable. And when they're wet like this they look like they're carved out of some gemstone. Wonderful.
