This reminds me of the book "City of Joy" where we get to understand a bit about the life of a rickshaw puller whose whole life depends on his health, and he cannot afford any days off. It's sad really. I see this puller is running in bare feet and in extreme heat, constantly having to breathe in the fumes from buses, trucks, cars, etc.
Here he is taking a well-deserved break. It is an extremely difficult job, one of the worst professions I can think of (and I see it when I travel to India every year).
A good picture should make the viewer stop and think and that's what you've done here. Thanks for sharing this.
