Hummingbird Aviary at the SD Zoo was quite a challenge for me as I am still getting used to the new camera. These little guys were just waiting for the "feeding lady" to drop their lunch into the little bowl. Waiting patiently for some fruits and bugs -eww! Lots of birds to shoot, however the lighting was rather tough and I got many too dark photos to share. Did a few levels fixes in DIP, and a squared crop because of their little square pan they were sitting on.
Wishing all of you out there a very Safe and Happy 2005 and of course my prayers are with the families and loved ones of the Asian disasters.
