Location City -  Kolkata
State -  WEST BENGAL
Country - India   India
About This is the Hoogly river which flowes through Kolkata onroute to the Bay of Bengal. The Hoogly is a tributary of the Holy Ganges river. There are two huge bridges that connect Kolkata with the city of Howrah on the other side of the river. This is one of the bridges called the "Vidyasagar Setu". The other one is called the "Rabindra Setu" or popularly known as the "Howrah Bridge". You can see a picture of this in "welcome to Calcutta" shot in my usefilm portfolio. This bridge can truly be called the modern gateway to my beloved hometown Kolkata.
