Is the 124G the best out of all of them? I saw that there is the Yashica A--, Yashicamat, Y-124, Y-124G (which i know has a very sharp lens at f/8 or more).

Like I said, I had two. Gave one to a good friend (which I do not regret),and sold one to pay off something else. When i get another one, it won't be sold off, but it'll have to be in excellent shape or mint. Thanks for chatting with me <;)

31$ actually and I picked up one for a friend of mine for 40$ and all it needed was a good cleaning because the shutter button was sticky, but now it work great..

hey mark thanks for the advice, I agree, I foound this yashica on ebay for 30$ with 20$ s&h, a bargain I think, and there is a lot more out there, you just have to be patient and wait for the deal, :()

Hi Gary; I still am kicking myself for selling my last Yashica mat124g. But that's how it goes sometimes. The lenses they have are underrated.
Composition here is just right. I think it would have benefitted with the use of either an amber or orange filter to get more value separation. A red 25 wratten would've been too much. Makes me want to look for a new Y124g, but i've been salivating over the mamiya 7-II.

Thanks Tom, I have only been practicing photography for about a year thus the varied portfolio, lots of guess check and refine, I am sure that my style is very under developed, thank for looking and commenting:)
