Lovely light and nice misty effect from the long exposure - the image looks a little soft consider it's f/22 - did you focus at the hyperfocal distance?
Very beautiful scene, but I feel something is not right with the quality, at first I thought it's a bad scan, but then I saw the camera, read your profile, saw the rest of you portfolio, something is definitely not right with this picture!
