About How could you resist this cute little tawny owl! Wouldn't you just want to wrap him up and take him home?!

I shot the owls at a hawk conservancy centre in Bossington, on the edge of Exmoor, Den. So I guess you'd say he was 'in captivity' ~ though when I took this shot he wasn't in a cage and was free to fly away!!
Thanks for the comment.

Between you and JC you're doing a great job of making me green with envy. No wonder I can't get to see any owls, you two have got them all.
This is an unbelievable shot Chris. Where did you capture him, in captivity or in the wild?

What a great spectacular image Chris, sooo good!

And I notice you are using the 'trusty Nikon' once again! Bet you're glad to have it come home again!

Keep up the fantastic work,

The eyes have it... Yes it would be nice to have the owl around just so we could watch each other. Great picture Chris. Don.

Beautiful capture, Chris! I'm not sure if I'd want him fluttering around my living room, but I'd love to get a shot like this!

Amazing detail and capture. It's hard enough to find an owl, much less picture them this well with no camera shake or blur. I like him much much better than the other fella with yellow eyes who didn't look as friendly.
