About decided to design a mag add from a bunch of my beaver creek colorado spring day.... a must have goggle day and dragons are my fav, dragon logo used as a work study and not trying to market it or resell the name, basically used as a resume builder for design, this has a bunch of different layers, masks, and all that jazz, let me know what you think, cool add or funky, also if you notice something i can do to make it better let me know, im always up for suggestions,

thanks in advance for looking at my work

Sweet shot Phil! this looks like its straight out of a mag, you did well! you seem to be quite the master in PS. Ii agree with kelly that the guy doing the handplant gets kinda lost in the background, but that could well be your intention. The cloud in the background looks wicked and the writing and logos are there to be noticed but arent taking over the image. I love the colours too, so bright with a good contrast.

ben, good lord, all your ribs reset??? na you didnt tell me that story, but i would enjoy hearing it, this sounds bad but through the years i feel i have grown interested in other peoples battle story's, god knows i have a few of my own... let me know,

i hear ya about blurring the trees and making the rider doing a handplant stick out, ill give it a try, it is in fact Beaver Creek's quarter pipe, at the bottom of the park, i was laying on the lip with my head and cam sticking out over the lip, the rider standing there is my freind dan from denver, the handplant is a unknown hero!!! just glad i caught it ya know

thanks for the comments, ill ring you friday to see about riding BC or vail on sat, i have days left on my pass for either mountian and im sure my freinds would like to ride the sick runs your speaking of so ill keep you posted

Sweet Shot, who is that on the QP? I think if you could blur the trees a touch then the rider would really pop. It looks to me like BC. I just had all mey ribs Reset, and GOD that hurt, I told you about that right? Another Quarter pipe accident. But I'm still riding.

VERY VERY COOL... it's soo excellent, i don't normally give critique, but i would love to see the guy thats upside down a bit more, if thats possible?.. i love the fact he's there, but he's not 'standing' out ( no pun intended)... it may only be like that on the net though, you can probably see him more in real life??...
great work Phil.... get some more going and show us...
