About Italy claims to be the centre of the so called "slow food" movement however one must take a look what has been going on in China for some time...In France of course snails have been on the menues for a while, but these ones I'm not sure if I'd try. In Korea I tried bondegghi which are silk worm lave while a friend of mine claims to have tried elephant once in Africa. We must not forget that in China the old saying is that "we eat everything with four legs except for tables, everything which runs except for motor cars and everything which flies except for aeroplanes".
