These 3 shots are very good portraits, Tranquil would have to be my favorite.Nicely done.
You might try a white tissue over the flash or bounce it off an index card.Either would tone down the light a bit.

You did a nice job of posing the model, but the direct flash gives it a harsh look and an unattractive shadow. Why not take this pretty model outside and try nice diffused natural light?
