About Black Vultures (Coragyps Atratus) at a carcass.

A very smelly scene.

I have no idea why that cattle was dead in the field.

Camera rested on a fencepost.

this is the rule of nature: somebody dies to be a dinner on somebody's table.

Danny,

Thanks for the praise. High, indeed.

I only wish I'd managed to capture some non-bird species. I saw a giant anteater, but by the time the car had stopped it had disappeared into the tall grass. Maned wolf is rare, so I'm not surprised we didn't see any. And my children saw a beautiful armadillo, but I was away on a morning trek... Ya can't expect to get them all in 7 days...

I've always wanted to take wildlife shots, and I'm just beginning to learn how. Long way to go.

Nem sacaneia, Marcio: o cheiro estava "pesado"...

Entendeu agora porque eu sou pó-de-arroz e nao urubú? Hehehe...
