About Had one of my pictures on screen in PS - Did a print screen, and then a Ctrl V in to a Word Document. When I double clicked the mouse outside of the screen print - that included a picture of one of my pink daisies - the above picture is the result. I was able to save this one somehow and thought it was such a neat photo that I would share it - also thought someone might know - What Happened AND how can I do it again!

Thanks Jim for explaining what happened - apparently the colors, when inverted, turn in to their opposites on the color wheel. This was a fairly bright pink daisy - will have to experiment to test out that theory. Oh well, another learning experience.

Sorry Janice would have no idea of what you did - how not to do it again - or to do it again LOL :) but it has produced an unusual an very effective composition

When you clicked on the picture in the word document, you selected it which inverts the colors. Clicking agin removes the selection and the image reverts to its normal colors. Turns out that you picture looks really nice with inverted colors.

Janice, it reaaly does look neat. Isn't it frustrating when you do something and then can't remember how you got to that piont? Maybe you habve soem new technique. Whatever, it does look good.

Gilberto - the original picture did paste correctly in to the Word Document. I could just toggle back and forth by double clicking the left mouse button and it would change between the original photo and the one I posted. I thought the one I posted looked almost like modern art or something and I liked it. Jan

You did copy a negative of your picture because you copy the selected picture. I think so...
I think that if you invert the colors you may have the original restored.
But, you got a pretty image...
Congrats
