Go download the trial version and see if you like it - I love it personally but some people don't see a reason to update. I love the new features, and they are perfect for my style. :)

Hi Marta,

Missed usefilm and talking about the beauty that you show me. I certainly used flash as the room was almost pitch black and my lens only stopped down to about F3.5. I bumped up the exposure in PS by 1/2, removed the bride's blemishes and made some adjustments using curves (I'm starting to impress myself with what I'm learning in PS ;-) ).

Uhmmm, very nice indeed. I see! I was comtemplating the benefits of throwing quarters at CS2; I think I have a justification now :-)

Thanks,

No problem Isaac. I hope you don't mind - I wanted to show you a tool in the new CS2 version of PS. I love this tool for flash photos - to give flash shots a little punch (the "exposure" tool). See below (but you really need to compare the 2 side by side to see the big difference).

Cheryl,

Forgive my previous response (wrong person). This one was originally headed for the trash. Then I sat down and looked carefully at it. A little cropping and filtering to remove the blemishes and voila! I absolutely love it too :-)

Thanks much.

Very nice - love her smile. She is beaming and glowing. I love the DOF and the twinkle of lights behind her make it magical.
