Thanks for the comments everyone, in response to Christopher, I almost called it "15 seconds gone" and it is about 1 degree off, but I have since fixed it on my home copy. thanks for the advice!
Also, the blue dots are the second hand in case anyone was confused.

I think this is an outstanding possibility for the project on alternative perspective.... Everyone looks at a watch, probably most everyday but rarely do you get a look like this....i think this shows the movement (loss?) of time very well.
A touch askew on the vertical plane...perhaps an adjustment to bring it plumb?
