Try adjusting the brightness and contrast together but only a notch or two.

Thanks judi , i knocked the contrast up a bit on her eyes , thats maybe why they look a bit over done .i want to do more portraits so a bit of help goes a long way , must get my cd sent to you 2morra .. cheers .. marky .
