i am glad your honest with me Judi, never hesitate to do that... it really was a crap shoot on this image, i am glad you like the original... printed it really is a toss up for me.. i like both... i am always undecided... thanks for your help!!

I have to be honest with you Bryan, but I like the original better. I feel the eyes hold their own. By reducing the contrast on the rest of the image it actually detracts from the eyes.

thanks Judi... the origianl image is in the same contrast areas as the images i have recently uploaded, but i really wanted to have her eyes and the make up do all the talking and the rest of her kind of blend into the same tone as the background... i will have to upload the original so you can see it before i tweaked it....

thank you Liz.. the make up took approx. 2 hours + for her... i was only there for the touch ups... the make up artist Allison Bradford deserves all the credit here and on most of my images...

Nicely done, althouth I feel a little contrast boost might be in order. I like how she separates the two background colours without any joins.

Great makeup shot - very detailed and full of rich color. Well done on the lighting - again very subtle and not too harsh. There's one hot spot on her cheek but it looks like some emphasis on the glow of the makeup to me.
